Responsibilities

• Support several active infrastructure projects by coordinating schedules, priorities, field activities, and deadlines.
• Visit project locations regularly to gather information, assist field teams, and address day-to-day execution needs.
• Maintain status updates, documentation, task lists, photos, notes, and other records for the team.
• Communicate with internal teams, technicians, contractors, vendors, and property contacts to keep activities moving.
• Identify delays, access challenges, missing information, or other issues and escalate to the team.
• Assist with planning upcoming work, coordinating resources, and following through until resolved.

Focus:

• Support several active infrastructure projects by helping coordinate schedules, priorities, field activities, and upcoming deadlines.

• Take on broader project ownership over time as knowledge, judgment, and experience grow.
