Job summary

All Star Premier Homes is seeking a Junior Estimator to calculate costs for custom home projects. You will review plans, analyze requirements, and use advanced tools to create accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

The role requires collaborating with customers, project teams, and owners to ensure cost-effective planning and execution. The ideal candidate has a CM/engineering-related degree and 2–4 years of estimating experience, with strong attention to detail and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven estimating experience.
• Experience with estimating software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications.
