Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our office. After a training and mentorship period of about 6–12 months, relocation to a US project site is required, with international opportunities possibly available.

The role supports project engineering activities, planning across construction phases, and collaboration with the Designer of Record; travel and security clearance may be required as projects span multiple locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar degree.
• 0+ years of engineering or construction experience.
• Relevant internship experience preferred.
• Willing to travel/relocate within the US and internationally.
• Ability to obtain an Employer-Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Procore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
• Assist with planning and coordination in all phases of construction, including pre-Construction, Construction, and Closeout.
• Coordinate with and assist in the management of the project Designer of Record during the design phase.
• Provide technical support for construction efforts including planning, design interpretation, and constructability reviews.
• Develop, implement, and administrate project engineering procedures and other work-controlling documents.
• Represent company during A/E, client, and project management meetings.
