Shiel Sexton is seeking a Project Engineer 1 (PE1) to support the Project Team by expediting administrative, safety, and operational tasks. You will be the main contact for Product Tracking, RFIs, Submittals, and related logs while coordinating communication among subs, foremen, architects, and clients.

The role requires recent graduates or entry-level candidates with 1–3 years in commercial construction, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or new hires with little to no experience in Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or qualified internship experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; awareness of Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, etc.
• Willingness to learn and assume responsibilities relative to construction operations and management.

Responsabilités

• Support project team to expedite administrative, safety, and operational tasks.
• Serve as main point of contact for Product Tracking, RFI’s, Submittals, Transmittals, Punch-lists, Drawings and related logs.
• Coordinate communication between Subcontractors, Foreman, Architect, Clientele, and related personnel.
• Maintain organized file structure and logs to ensure timely project delivery.
