Job summary

E2 Optics is a leading data center technology integrator seeking a detail‑oriented admin support specialist. You will assist project engineering, document control, and coordination across field teams, ensuring compliance with client specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in low voltage construction or admin roles, proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Travel is occasional and role is office-based.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or applicable Associate Degree.
• 2–5 years work experience in the low voltage construction industry.
• 2–5 years experience in an administrative office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company and client site procedures.
• Support project engineering, quality control, contract administration, and shop drawing reviews.
• Assist in closeout operations including test results, redlines, and warranties.
