Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 0 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in evaluating architectural and engineering proposals and in developing execution, contracting, and award recommendations.
• Conducts constructability reviews for compliance with client standards and building code requirements.
• Supports coordination of jurisdictional approvals, plan check, and permitting.
• Assists in the development of drawings and specifications for design or construction of new facilities, and repair/modernization of existing facilities.
• Supports bidding, construction contract review, and pre-qualification processes.
• Reviews construction progress relative to schedules, including baseline, CPM, and recovery schedules.
• Manages RFIs, RFCs, submittals, COPs, and CDs for QA and merit.
• Assists in reviewing change orders and estimating cost/schedule impact.
• Monitors variances in project database and cost control reporting.
• Supports project closeout and certification processes (punch lists, as-builts).
