The role emphasizes learning Ryan processes, estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing on designated projects, with a six-month on-site focus and potential continuation for the full project duration. The candidate should have a solid foundation in construction estimating and be prepared to interpret drawings, purchase orders, and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related field acceptable with industry experience.
• Solid foundation in estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage financial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• RFIs & Documentation: generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Shop Drawings: maintain log and coordinate approvals.
• Quality & Safety: assist in quality plans and safety policies.
• Logistics & Deliveries: track vendor/subcontractor deliveries.
• Permits & Inspections: participate in permit inspections and punchlists.
• Meetings & Scheduling: prepare agendas/minutes and track milestones.
• Procurement & Estimating: support subcontractor bids and take-off analyses.
