Job summary

Ryan Companies is seeking an eager student to assist the project team on designated construction projects. You will learn industry processes, procedures, and the company policies while gaining exposure to budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.

The role focuses on on-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety, with a 40-hour work week and a commitment of at least three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
• Able to work 40 hours per week.
• Be within 18 months of graduating for successful candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies.
• Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop an understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
