Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join the team, gaining experience on construction projects while learning Ryan processes, policies and procedures.

The role sits on a project site for at least six months, with emphasis on field and office operations, cost control, and analysis. You will learn take-off methods, shop drawing coordination, and procurement support while interfacing with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related field preferred (or an associate degree/equivalent certificate with at least 2 years of industry experience).
• Solid foundation in estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and understand purchase orders, contracts and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFIs, track approvals, and update office and jobsite plans.
• Monitor the shop drawing log and coordinate approvals.
• Assist in creating and executing the Project Specific Quality Plan and learn Safety Policies.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor deliveries and site logistics.
• Participate in procurement and support estimating activities.
