Responsibilities

• General contract and subcontract administration.
• Monitor and document job-site safety and accident prevention.
• Construction scheduling and coordinating with subs.
• Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
• Coordination of mechanical, electrical and piping systems.
• Shop drawing/submittal review and coordination.
• Project cost review, reporting and accounting.
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
• Participation in project coordination meetings.
• Supervision of subcontractors' field installations.
• Change proposal pricing and documentation for self-performed work.
• Maintain As-Built plans and ensure quality control.
