Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Monitor and document job-site safety and prevent accidents.
• Construction scheduling and progress tracking.
• Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; coordinate with subs.
• Review subcontractor payments and cost reporting.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Supervise subcontractors’ field installations and change proposals.
• Maintain As-Built plans and support project closeout.
