Construction Enterprise Software Civil Engineering Project Management
Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer and act as support for the field
Know the contractual obligations that HCC has with the client and vice versa
Review and log shop drawings; assist field engineers with processing of submittals and RFI’s
Code materials, labor and equipment
Procurement and timely delivery of materials to the project
Process material submittals and requests for information
Assist with Subcontract administration
Acquire and assist with closing construction-related permits
Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position

Four-year engineering degree plus two or more years similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent combinations of training and related experience

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Prolog or PM Web is a plus
