Qualifications

• Construction Management degree or equivalent construction industry experience.
• 0-3 years of construction, project coordination, or internship experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career growth.
• Interest in developing a career in construction project management.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams.
• Assist with document control and ensure project information remains organized and up to date.
• Support project scheduling, procurement activities, and material tracking.
• Help monitor project milestones, deadlines, and action items.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up items as needed.
• Gain exposure to estimating, takeoffs, budgeting, and project management processes.
