Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related area.
• 1-3 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
• Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• One-point-of-contact philosophy for project management.
• Review project architectural and structural drawings, specifications and surveys for the development of elevator shop drawings.
• Review project quotation to confirm accuracy and compliance with local and national codes.
• Review project shop drawings to confirm accuracy and compliance with local and national codes.
• Review customer marked up drawings for feasibility and pricing changes.
• Provide project support throughout the life cycle of a project - both internal and external.
• Coordinating interdepartmentally and with customers and vendors.
