Job summary

Nidec Corporation, the world’s No.1 comprehensive motor and drive manufacturer, seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and implement industrial control systems and power electronics for automation projects.

You will plan with detailed drawings, create specs, perform budgets and estimates, design experiments, and produce technical reports for customers while ensuring safety, NEC standards, and on-time delivery. Collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 Years in Design & Implementation of Industrial Control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and Drives (VFDs); Minimum 5-Years of Programming PLCs, HMIs, and related equipment for Industrial Control Systems.
• Minimum 3 Years direct work experience with Schematics & Panel layouts; Knowledge of C#, VB, .NET, OPC, SQL will be a plus.
