Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation seeks a Site Project Manager to lead on-site execution of complex construction, installation, modernization, commissioning and infrastructure projects. You will manage site operations, contractor activities, schedules, budgets, safety programs and quality to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.

The role requires extensive field execution and contractor oversight across Greenfield, retrofit, and turnkey projects, with significant travel and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in project/construction/site leadership within industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of complex construction, installation, modernization and commissioning projects.
• Direct site personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, safety programs, and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance metrics, and project turnover to customers.
