Job summary

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central in Huntsville, TX, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to join our team. The role supports project management staff with setup, sample tracking, client communications, reporting, and invoicing to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and excellent client service.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree.
• 1–3 years business experience required.
• Prefer bench chemist experience.
• Strong computer skills using routine software applications (Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proven client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and sample tracking.
• Manage client communications and reporting.
• Oversee invoicing activities and ensure accuracy of final invoices.
