Job summary

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central in Huntsville, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to join our team. The role supports project setup, sample tracking, client communications, reporting and invoicing to ensure on-time, accurate delivery. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates living within commuting distance of Huntsville, TX are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; four years of client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree.
• 1–3 years business experience required; strong computer skills with routine software applications (Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proven client service skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and document workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process sample tracking, invoicing, and client communications with accuracy.
• Generate final reports and data packages by client due dates; manage state reporting forms as needed.
• Review invoices and assist with credit/debit memos as required.
