Job summary

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central in Huntsville, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to join our team. This role supports project setup, sample tracking, client communications, reporting, and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates in commuting distance are encouraged to apply, with compensation ranging from $15 to $20 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent client-relationship experience.
• 1–3 years business experience required.
• Proven client service skills and strong computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and sample tracking.
• Manage client communications, reports, and invoicing activities.
• Prepare final reports and data packages by due dates.
• Review invoices and generate necessary credit/debit memos.
