Qualifications

• Associates degree required; four years of client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree.
• 1-3 years business experience required.
• Proven client service skills and strong computer skills with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Project set-up, including creating bottle orders and scheduling couriers or field samplers.
• Sample receipt and invoicing support, including client sample receipt confirmation and reviewing invoices.
• Reporting duties: finalize reports by client due date, data uploads, and case narratives.
