Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for federal contract work.
• Entry level knowledge of project management including budget, planning, control and finance concepts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interacting with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with internal procedures and gather project progress data to update schedules and costs.
• Develop, maintain and analyze integrated schedules for routine projects under supervision.
• Generate earned value reports and discuss observations with project managers.
• Perform basic financial analyses and document cost/status trends.
• Use document management protocols to store and retrieve project docs.
