Jacobs is seeking a Junior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional to support site-based work in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA with future on-site projects across the U.S. You will manage quantity databases, track progress, validate contractor data, and help produce earned value and progress reports.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project controls, a related degree, and experience with EVM, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls, progress tracking, or related field.
• Experience tracking installed quantities on large industrial projects.
• Understanding of earned value management and progress measurement.
• Ability to analyze planned vs actual progress and variances.
• Experience supporting weekly and monthly project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends.
• Establish progress measurement procedures and weighting.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent complete.
• Collect, validate, and track installed quantities.
• Review contractor progress against field conditions and quantities.
• Conduct field walkdowns to validate progress.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete for reports.
• Monitor planned vs actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Track quantities against invoices and support progress payments.
• Maintain reporting tools, databases, Power BI dashboards.
