The ideal candidate will assist with data gathering, cost forecasting, and routine financial analysis. The position emphasizes collaboration with project managers and teams, adherence to internal procedures, and development of cost and schedule insights.

Qualifications

• Citizen requirement for federal contract eligibility.
• Entry knowledge of project management methodology including budgeting, planning, control and finance concepts.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with staff and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera scheduling tool.
• Basic knowledge of EcoSys project performance tool.

Responsibilities

• Gather project progress information from team to update and monitor basic complexity projects.
• Develop and maintain time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate costs and update as required.
• Prepare routine performance reports using earned value management and analyze cost trends.
• Document and store project information using standard document management protocols.
• Perform other duties as required.
