Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for federal contract work.
• Knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning and finance concepts.
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across staff levels and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of project performance tools like EcoSys.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Gathers progress information and updates schedule dates, percent complete, resource needs and costs.
• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs.
• Monitors progress of project deliverables and prepares status reports.
• Performs routine financial analyses and variance/risk assessments.
• Maintains document management for project records.
