Ideal candidates have 0–4 years of experience, familiarity with Excel and scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6, and a Civil Engineering/Construction

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and WBS for civil and transportation projects.
• Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable.
• Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.
