CDM Smith in Iowa City is seeking an Entry Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls Team. You’ll help monitor schedule, budget, and performance, working with project managers to forecast costs and resource needs.

You’ll gather data, produce earned value analyses, and support routine financial reporting while using Primavera and EcoSys. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and travel up to 10% may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 0 years experience minimum; equivalent related experience considered.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract work.
• Domestic/international travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and tracks schedule, costs and resources.
• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Generates earned value and cost status reports for projects.
• Stores and retrieves project documentation using proper protocols.
• Performs other duties as required.
