The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of project management, finance concepts, and strong communication skills, with travel as needed and a hybrid work arrangement. U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent related experience considered.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies including budget development and planning.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and cost/schedule analyses.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and gathers progress information to update schedules and costs.
• Develops and maintains integrated critical path schedules for projects and portfolios under supervision.
• Generates earned value reports and communicates cost status and trends to management.
• Performs routine financial analyses and documents impacts of changes on cost/schedule baselines.
• Uses document management to store and retrieve project docs.
• Performs other duties as required.
