GFP Development in New York is seeking a Junior Project Accountant to support the development team with project tracking, cost management, and documentation. You will liaise between Project Management and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely financial data and compliant processes across multiple high-quality projects.

The role requires at least 2 years in project accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Familiar with construction accounting and job costing.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project timelines and track progress.
• Enter and verify vendor invoices in Yardi Voyager.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost codes.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with Development and Accounting teams.
