Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or acceptable substitutions as described in the job posting.
• Less than 3 years of professional experience in program/project management analyst duties.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support including research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and clerical tasks such as correspondence, visiting visitors, scheduling meetings.
• Maintain PM and DPM calendars and travel arrangements.
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and track status, budgets, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
