Job summary

Vocal Media, Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Manager to keep the AI Studio running day to day. You will coordinate schedules, maintain Notion docs and workflows, track deliverables across accounts, and help the studio scale.

This part-time role offers mentorship from our Program Manager, and room to grow into a full Program Manager as the studio expands. Ideal for someone early in their career who loves AI, media, and how content gets made at scale.

Qualifications

• Early in your career and genuinely excited about AI, media, and how content gets made at scale.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with calm when there are a lot of moving parts.
• Fluent in Notion, or a fast learner who likes building clean systems.
• Strong written communicator capable of guiding a remote, async team.
• Self-motivated and reliable, closes the loop without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination and Operations: Keep production on schedule across multiple AI content accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and handoffs.
• Own the weekly rhythm: meeting prep, agendas, notes, and follow-ups, so nothing slips through the cracks
• Spot blockers early and help the team clear them before they turn into fire drills
• Keep projects moving between creative, automations, and client work
