Job summary

Vocal Media, Inc. is seeking an AI Creative Associate to shape and prototype the studio's creative direction. You will develop account concepts, craft voice and visuals, and build the prompt frameworks the team uses daily to produce branded worlds for social platforms.

You will produce end-to-end AI-generated short-form video, collaborating with Directors to bring ideas from sketch to post. Candidates should live in the United States and have hands-on GenAI video experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or a related creative role.
• You are already making AI video, specifically short-form, and you have work to show for it.
• A real storyteller with a strong design and creative eye. You think in worlds, characters, and narratives, not one-off posts.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video tools, especially Higgsfield, HeyGen, Seedance, ElevenLabs, and CapCut.
• Sharp instincts for what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels, particularly in the AI, tech, and culture space.
• Deep awareness of internet culture, trends, and platform behavior.
• An understanding of progressive issues and how AI intersects with politics, social justice, and culture.
• Clear written communicator, comfortable documenting processes and sharing creative direction with a remote, async team.
• Candidates must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok/Instagram Reels performance in AI/tech/culture spaces.
• Bring back external inspiration and signals.

Job description

Vocal Media builds AI-generated accounts that people actually stop to watch. Not novelty, not filler. Accounts with a point of view, a look, and a story that pulls people back post after post, across reproductive health, climate, finance, politics, and culture.

We are looking for an AI Creative Associate to sit in the middle of everything the AI Studio makes. You will help develop new account concepts, prototype creative directions, build the reference libraries and prompt frameworks the team uses every day, and support the AI Social Media Managers as they bring branded worlds to life. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives in AI video, thinks in stories and characters, and wants to help shape what Vocal\'s studio becomes.

This is a full-time position through December 2026, with the opportunity for extension.Candidates must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Creative Development
  • Help develop original account concepts: the idea, the voice, the visual world, the characters, and the story arcs.
  • Prototype new creative formats and directions. Test what works, ship what lands, retire what doesn\'t.
  • Partner with our Director of AI Creative Strategy and Senior Director of Innovation to bring new ideas from sketch to first post.
  • Turn cultural moments, news, and internet behavior into content the team can actually make.
• Production
  • Produce AI-generated short-form video end to end. Idea, script, prompts, generation, edit, final cut.
  • Work fluently across GenAI tools like Higgsfield, HeyGen, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Suno, and CapCut.
  • Support the AI Social Media Managers by jumping in on production where extra creative hands are needed.
  • Keep the quality bar high across the accounts you touch.
• Creative Systems and Enablement
  • Build and maintain the reference libraries, prompt frameworks, and creative playbooks the team uses.
  • Document what works so the whole team gets faster.
  • Help onboard and train new AI Social Media Managers on the creative side of the workflow.
  • Share what you learn. Post-mortems, wins, weird discoveries. This studio moves at the speed of shared knowledge.
• Research and Signal
  • Stay ahead of new AI tools, models, and techniques. Test them, share findings.
  • Track what\'s working on TikTok and Instagram Reels, especially in the AI, tech, and culture space.
  • Bring back inspiration from outside the walls: accounts, formats, cultural signals, and creative moves worth stealing.
