Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Junior AI Art Director for a part-time role (20 hours/week) in Lehi, UT. You will vet AI-generated visual assets, collaborate with creative and engineering teams, and help elevate the brand’s ecommerce content across global campaigns.

You’ll test generative models, refine prompts, and contribute to an auditable content production pipeline while working closely with senior leadership and studio teams.

Qualifications

• Aesthetic sensibility with strong visual judgment for brand alignment.
• Curiosity for technology and willingness to explore AI/generative tools.
• Ability to translate abstract visual concepts into precise feedback for teams.
• High energy, adaptability, and comfort with evolving systems.
• Willingness to work on-site with studio teams (Mondays/Wed).

Responsibilities

• Vet and audit AI-generated images, copy, and video for quality and brand fit.
• Experiment with image generation models and prompts to test content across categories.
• Build and document auditing rules to improve the automated generation pipeline.
• Collaborate on-site with studio and portal teams to tune content workflows.
• Provide structured aesthetic feedback to engineering and product teams.
