Job summary

You will help prepare monthly financial status reports, review awards and modifications, and collaborate with internal clients to address financial and administrative issues.

Under supervision, you will develop foundational skills in government contracting finance, apply AI tools to improve forecasting, and assist with budgets, variance analysis, and audits.

Qualifications

• Program finance or business operations support incl. reporting/forecasting
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Excel formulas in financial tracking and reporting
• Experience using AI tools for financial analysis
• Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support program objectives.
• Assist with budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor program expenditures and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial documentation and backup for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure consistent tracking and communication of financial status.
• Apply AI tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and process automation.
