Job summary

Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative for Veterans Health Administration projects.

You will assist in program planning, audits, and evaluations across healthcare programs, coordinating across stakeholders and maintaining master schedules. The role requires a BA/BS with 3+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in program or project analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support audits, evaluations, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support program analysis and documentation for healthcare initiatives.
• Assist in strategic planning and coordination across project stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
• Support event planning and execution for program milestones and engagement.
• Assist with Congressional Affairs-related reports and briefings.
• Analyze and report on program metrics to assess performance and outcomes.
• Provide administrative and technical support for Financial Management Systems.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for program success.
