Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a technical field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; QAD preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
• Level load by ensuring raw materials, labor, work orders and equipment are available when needed.
• Forecast demand and align with product managers using sales data and trends for capacity planning.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
• Lead production meetings and communicate timelines to cross-functional teams.
