Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Production Planner I/II in Burbank to coordinate material flow and schedules across departments, ensuring on-time deliveries. You will analyze capacity data, plan workflows, and prepare production reports while collaborating with supervisors to adjust plans as needed.

In addition to Lean practices and ERP proficiency, you will manage purchase orders and maintain accurate capacity forecasts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling, supply chain or fulfillment experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and materials control.
• Lean manufacturing awareness and ERP experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draw up master schedule to meet shipping dates per forecasts or orders.
• Analyze capacity data to determine processes, tools and staffing needs.
• Plan workflow per department and lead times.
• Plan fabrication sequences for production workers.
• Prepare production reports and purchase orders.
