Job summary

This full-time clerical role requires close collaboration with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Sales, with responsibilities including releasing orders, providing lead times, tracking orders, and communicating potential delays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is required.
• Experience in planning and/or inventory control is required.
• Basic computer/PC skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and ERP for new or revised orders.
• Release manufacturing orders based on demand and manage schedules.
• Provide lead times to Sales and updates on existing orders.
• Track status of customer and manufacturing orders.
• Inform management of potential delays affecting on-time delivery.
• Review material requirements with Purchasing and Materials.
• Monitor inventory and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Follow Supervisor instructions and safety rules.
