About the Role

TAGTIME USA INC., a leader in woven label and commercial printing manufacturing, is seeking a Junior Production / Embroidery Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has a background in embroidery production and basic computer skills, with an interest in learning and supporting multiple product lines.

While embroidery experience is important, this position will work across the production department and receiveon‑job training in our products, equipment, and production processes. The employee will have the opportunity to learn additional production areas includinglaser processing, thermal printing, heat sealing, quality control, finishing, and packaging.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hands‑on, detail‑oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Embroidery Production
  • Assist with commercial embroidery production and machine operation.
  • Load and unload materials and products.
  • Thread machines and perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
  • Monitor production quality and identify stitching, tension, registration, or thread issues.
  • Perform trimming, finishing, and inspection of embroidered products.
Cross‑Training – Other Production Lines
  • Learn and assist with laser processing and cutting operations.
  • Learn and assist with thermal printing and heat‑transfer production.
  • Learn and assist with heat‑seal applications and finishing processes.
  • Assist with quality control (QC) inspections throughout production.
  • Perform product finishing, sorting, labeling, and packaging.
  • Learn company‑specific products, materials, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Move between production areas as needed to support production schedules.
General Production
  • Follow production orders, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor products during production and report problems to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate counts and identify defective products.
  • Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety and production procedures.
  • Assist other production team members when needed.
  • Perform other duties related to production as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous experience inembroidery production or a similar textile/apparel production environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating files and using basic computer programs.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn different production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support different production areas.
Preferred:
  • Experience with commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
  • Familiarity with embroidery files such as DST.
  • Basic knowledge of embroidery threads, needles, backing, and machine tension.
  • Experience with heat transfer, thermal printing, laser processing, or product finishing.
  • Manufacturing or production experience.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
Training Provided

We will provide training and product knowledgefor all production processes outside of the candidate's existing experience.

Training may include:

  • Thermal printing
  • Heat‑seal applications
  • Quality control procedures
  • Product finishing
  • Packaging and labeling
  • Material and product identification
  • Company‑specific production procedures and standards

The goal is to develop awell‑rounded production team memberwho can work efficiently across multiple product lines rather than being limited to one production process.
