Accesa & RaRo in Canada seeks a Product Owner to align business needs with IT delivery on a core banking project. You will own the product backlog, write and estimate user stories, and coordinate with a cross-functional squad.

You will manage the product roadmap, guide stakeholders, ensure acceptance criteria, and mentor other Product Owners to scale knowledge across the organization.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ of experience working in a similar role.
• Very good ability to understand the business context.
• Experience in applying agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment.
• Proven client facing and stakeholder management experience, manifesting focus on customer needs and business value.
• Spoken and written fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Drive product backlog and write and estimate user stories with the development team.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development; contribute to milestones and ensure acceptance criteria.
