Job summary

Accesa & RaRo is seeking a Product Owner to define and deliver digital product requirements across financial industry domains. You will manage the backlog, align stakeholders, and ensure clear user journeys and system interactions.

You will guide solutions from discovery through delivery, run discovery workshops, translate needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to validate outcomes and enable smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis.
• Experience leading discovery activities and defining business processes.
• Experience evaluating solution alternatives and making recommendations.
• Experience coordinating UAT cycles and driving adoption.
• Excellent communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Drive backlog and roadmap prioritization to align with business value.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate needs into actionable user stories.
• Bridge business and IT with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
