Job summary

CipherHealth, LLC is seeking a Junior Product Manager to own a product area end to end—from discovery through delivery. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship products customers love and drive measurable business results.

You’ll operate in an agentic PM loop where AI agents summarize feedback, cluster requests, and draft first-pass artifacts, then apply judgment and validate with customers and data.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in product management in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, PRD writing, metrics.
• Customer- and data-driven decision making.
• Agentic mindset with AI collaboration.
• Clear cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, CS.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area: define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Run continuous customer discovery and data-informed analysis.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver and iterate.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS on go-to-market and adoption.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders.
