Responsibilities
  • Shape Product Strategy: Contributes to overall product vision and service requirements to maximize revenue opportunities within TPx.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conducts research and analyzes competitors; collaborates with Sales, Technical Sales, Operations, Marketing, customers, and agents to inform decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with internal teams, top customers, agents, and sales personnel to understand needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Go‑to‑Market Planning: Partners with Product Management to develop and recommend go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that differentiate TPx services.
  • Competitive Documentation: Creates resources such as battle cards to highlight TPx’s advantages versus competitors and alternative technical approaches.
  • Sales Enablement: Communicates product value propositions to training and sales teams; develops tools and materials to support the sales process.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Analyzes internal and external performance data to guide product development and business planning initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless experience from pre‑sales through first invoice.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Engage with Industry Communities: Actively participate in forums and user groups to stay informed on trends and customer feedback.
  • Support Product Development: Contribute to the creation and ongoing management of TPx products and services.
  • Enable Sales Success: Assist the sales team in competitive opportunities by providing product insights and positioning strategies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing products and managed networking services.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications systems, network technology, IT services, and security is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in evidence‑based, data‑driven decision‑making and learning mindset. Curiosity in customer‑based needs.

  • Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency and experience working in cross‑functional environments.
  • Proven analytical and business acumen to support planning, prioritization, and performance measurement.
  • Financial acumen preferred.
