Job summary

Hadley Designs seeks a Junior Product Illustrator who can turn the Chief Creative Officer's direction into finished, on-style art for our playful, kid-friendly products. This is an entry-level maker’s role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

You will grow your craft, draw frequently, and contribute to production-ready artwork as new products ship monthly, while building your portfolio within a family-founded brand.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing cute, playful, kid-friendly art.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for native illustration.
• Ability to extend an existing art style across a design set.
• Ability to take creative direction and finish work.
• Reliability with deadlines while managing multiple pieces.

Responsibilities

• Original Illustration & Artwork: create new artwork and complete sets in Hadley Designs’ established style across product lines.
• Product Design Execution: turn concepts into finished, production-ready product designs.
• Creative Production Support: offload execution, build variations, prep files for production.
• Style Consistency: keep all pieces on-brand across the full catalog.
• As-needed: provide ad-ops support and revisions on existing lines.
