Artisan Talent is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a brand evolution across packaging, digital, advertising, and marketing materials. You’ll assist an external creative agency and grow into greater ownership while staying detail oriented and eager to learn.

The role emphasizes collaboration, fast-paced execution, and contributions to product imagery, social and paid media creative, and events collateral.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic, digital, or production design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and range.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Foundational typography, layout and color management knowledge.
• Interest or coursework in video editing for marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with visual storytelling.
• Eagerness to learn and grow self-direction.
• Nice to have exposure to Shopify or landing page builders.
• Nice to have copywriting or messaging interest.
• Nice to have Canva familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updates to product packaging and label designs based on established brand guidelines
• Support creation and maintenance of product imagery and visual content for digital product listings
• Help develop advertising creative for digital marketing platforms including paid social and search
• Design marketing collateral and promotional materials for events and trade shows under senior guidance
• Support editing of short form video content for promotional and educational marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with an external creative agency to help execute brand direction accurately
• Assist in managing multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines
• Support additional design and production requests as business needs evolve
