Job summary

TSR is seeking a Junior Designer to join our New York team, focusing on foundational visual design and asset production for consumer campaigns. You will collaborate across creative workflows to deliver high-quality digital assets aligned with brand standards and revenue goals.

The role requires 2–3 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and After Effects. Onsite in New York with Friday remote options, supporting multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of design experience in consumer-facing campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign exposure and design process.
• Foundational typography, color theory, and UX design knowledge.
• Knowledge of ADA-compliant design practices.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, UI/UX, and social media design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects; G Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt digital assets for owned channels and paid media.
• Produce assets to meet platform specifications and brand requirements.
• Support senior designers and collaborate across projects and deadlines.
• Ensure visuals align with brand standards across multiple brands.
• Apply design principles to produce on-brand creative for revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Art Direction, Senior Design, and Program Management for data-driven iterations.
• Communicate timelines and progress with project management and partners.
• Monitor design trends and industry best practices.
