APMEX, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Junior Product Developer to own the holistic process from market research to go-to-market planning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive packaging and product development, translating ideas into tangible offerings.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and adaptability, with opportunities to manage licensed brands, build business cases, and collaborate with design, product management, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or related field is required.
• 0-1 year of product design or development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging concepts, costing, vendor negotiations preferred.
• Ability to draw in 2D and inspect artworks and samples.
• Understanding of retail and wholesale channels a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product and packaging projects on time and budget.
• Coordinate between design, product management, and manufacturing.
• Lead design, packaging and product development steps including sample review.
• Build product proposals with financial cases and briefs.
• Write technical specs and convey requirements to designers and vendors.
• Support licensors, royalty reports, and forecasts.
• Select vendors based on project demands and budgets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for licensed products.
