APMEX is seeking a Junior Product Developer to join our OKC office. You will drive the full cycle of product development from market research through go-to-market planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tangible products.

The role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with design, product management, and manufacturing, and preparing proposals and technical specs. Strong communication and a detail-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or related field required.
• 0-1 years of experience in product design or development.
• Familiarity with building product and packaging concepts, costing analysis, vendor negotiations, and manufacturing compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product & packaging projects, keeping on-budget and on-schedule.
• Act as liaison between design, product management, and manufacturing on ongoing projects.
• Lead in all steps in design, packaging and product development including samples review & approval.
• Build new product proposals including financial business cases and briefs.
• Write technical specifications conveying requirements for development; communicate to designers and vendors.
• Lead licensed brands including proposals, royalty reports, and forecasts.
• Assist in building proposals for licensors or expansion of product lines.
