Qualifications

• Graduated within the previous 12 months with 0–1 years of full-time design experience.
• Degree in design or related field such as Interaction Design, HCI, UX, or adjacent disciplines.
• Portfolio required; internships, coursework, capstone projects, hackathons, personal projects accepted.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to understand complex product problems.
• Explore multiple design directions and translate research and business requirements into flows and interfaces.
• Produce design assets and interactive prototypes, using AI tools to move quickly.
• Design within an established design system.
• Participate in critique, sharing your work and the reasoning behind it.
• Test ideas with users and advocate for accessible, inclusive experiences.
