Job summary

UnitedMasters is seeking a Junior Producer to join Translation in New York. You’ll support large campaigns and manage smaller projects from kickoff to wrap, coordinating with internal teams and partners to hit deadlines and budgets.

As a candidate, you bring 2–4 years of production experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-moving projects, with a willingness to travel for shoots when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support larger campaigns under the guidance of a lead producer.
• Manage small content projects independently with oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and budgets.
• See a job through from inception to final delivery, as supporting or lead producer.
• Develop and manage production calendars and logistics from pre- to post-production.
• Collaborate with 16 Bars for projects when required.
• Identify opportunities to work with UnitedMasters artists.
