• Support all phases of campaign, e-commerce, and editorial shoots from pre-production through on-set and post-production.
• Coordinate samples, props, and production materials to ensure shoot readiness.
• Research and compile visual references, mood boards, and inspiration.
• Coordinate travel and location logistics for models and crew.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and partners.
• Prepare shot lists, schedules, and production decks.
• On-set production support and problem-solving to keep shoots running smoothly.
• Assist with post-production coordination and asset management.
